Association with SID #5
SID #5 has absolutely NO involvement with the Architectural Control Committee or authority to enforce any covenants.  This information is provided as courtesy to our residents.

Architectural Control Committee
The Buccaneer Bay Architectural Control Committee is responsible for approving major changes to properties and construction of new homes. The Cass County Zoning Administrator works with the committee to ensure all major changes are approved prior to issuing permits.  The email address for the Architectural Control Committee is accbuccbay@gmail.com.

Covenants
There are numerous covenants in effect throughout Buccaneer Bay.  Each resident should have received a copy of the covenants from their realtor however copies of all covenants can be obtained by contacting the Cass Country Register of Deeds.
